These are the terms and conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from Tiny-treasuregem via our website and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail and you may also receive a call from a Tiny-treasuregem advisor. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order anytime until the order has been despatched. Please note that if your order has been processed and delivered we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs of products are at your expense.
All products returned must be in the same condition as sent out -in the original packaging and not used.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All Items purchased from our website come with a minimum of 6 months manufacturing warranty, depending on which item warranties can be as long as 3 years. You can email us for more information on a particular product
We will repair or replace any products that display a manufacturing defect within the time limit of its warranty. Loan buggies may be available on collection from our store in Leicester, these will be supplied to you free of charge* while yours is being repaired.
We will arrange a collection from your home/given address and the product will go back to the manufacturer to be examined. If the manufacturer report suggests the fault to be a manufacturer defect the item will be repaired/replaced at the manufacturers discretion and send sent back to you free of charge.
Repairs/replacements can take anything up to 28 days from collection date.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure any faulty products are bought to the attention of the Baby Planet as soon as it has been identified.
Please note, accidental damage or damage through misuse are not covered by the warranty and if the manufacturer report suggests the fault is a non manufacturer defect there will a charge for the repair and carriage for the item. Charges will vary depending on the fault, but a minimum £25.00 charged will be levied for the carriage only.
*Free of charge only applies when the loan buggy is being collected and returned to the store in Leicester, a non-refundable charge of £40.00 applies for home delivery and collection of a loan buggy. Loans are subject to availability and maybe a different make / type and specification to your original purchase.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
SPECIFICATION, WEIGHTS AND SIZES
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate.
COLOURS
Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic devices. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault. Wood is a natural products and the grain or shade will vary from piece to piece. Product Imagery are for display purposes only and may vary depending on customizable selections.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
In the event of none delivery of any items or errors in any listing/imagery/descriptions/prices, we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to the customer.
These terms and conditions are subject for website purchases only. Purchases made in store and at baby shows are subject to there own terms and conditions and are available on request.
We understand sometimes things are purchased and then may not be needed. Just notify us that you wish to return the order within 30 days from the date of delivery by emailing our customer care team on info@tinytreasuregem.co.uk
All we ask is the items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging where possible. You can either send the items back to us or we can arrange a collection of the order. Please note the collection will be chargeable and this can vary depending on size, weight and quantity of boxes.
We will usually process the refund within 48h of having the returned order back after having it checked and completed. Any delivery costs originally paid will not be refunded. Eg £4.95 for orders under £50.
Warranty- First 30 Days
For any products showing a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days. We will offer you replacement/refund. We do have the right to have the product examined by the manufacturer to determine the fault is a manufacturer defect. This can be done by photos, videos or physical checks.
Warranty- from 30 days to 6months
For any products showing a manufacturer defect within the first six months, we will offer to have the product repaired/replaced, depending on which is more cost effective. If the product is sent for repair and the work carried out is not satisfactory and the problem still exists, then we would offer you a replacement/ part refund if you wanted to keep the product as it is or a full refund. We do have the right to get the product checked by the manufacture to confirm the fault was not fixed correctly.
Warranty- after 6months
For any products which develop a fault after 6 months, we will arrange for the product to be repaired. Most products have a warranty stretching from 6 months to 3 years. Most travel equipment which is most likely to pick up a fault after 6 months have at least 2 years manufacturer warranty.
Incorrect Order Despatched
With the number of orders we despatch, if we have accidently made a human error and despatched the incorrect item to yourselves, we will arrange for the incorrect items to be collected and the correct items to delivered. On occasion, if the parcel is small and lightweight, we may ask you to post the item back to us and we will refund you the postage costs.
